BoardGameNite Guide

How BoardGameNite works

BoardGameNite helps players find events, reserve seats at specific tables, check in, and record results so events can support registrations, leaderboards, and play history.

For players

  1. Browse public events by date, status, location, and table availability.
  2. Open an event to review its sessions, tables, game choices, seat capacity, and cost if applicable.
  3. Register for the table you want, then return to My Registrations to manage your plans.
  4. Check in at the event and submit scores or results when the event uses scoring features.

For event hosts

  1. Create an event shell with dates, location, visibility, and basic event details.
  2. Build the event schedule by adding days, session blocks, and game tables.
  3. Use registration, QR check-in, email notification, and attendee tools to run the event.
  4. After play, record results so players can review history and leaderboards can update.
