Where reasonably supported by the available information, BoardGamesNMore Inc. may correct records, remove eligibility, disqualify an entry, withhold or cancel a prize or benefit, select another eligible recipient, suspend or restrict an account, or take another proportionate action permitted by the applicable rules and law.
